Excellence in Core Solutions

AIREX® C71 - Elevated Temperature Structural Foam

A unique closed cell, cross-linked polymer foam specially formulated to maintain its stability at higher processing temperatures. With an improved formula that enhances its strength and ductility, it is non-friable, contains no CFC's, and has negligible water absorption. Compatible with most resins, it is ideally suited as a core material for a wide variety of light-weight sandwich structures subjected to both static and dynamic loads, and exposed to elevated temperatures during manufacturing.
